1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Bigcountry Experience website, mobile services, or booking any tour, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
  • Prices are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) and include applicable taxes.
  • We accept payments via credit/debit card, QR code, and PromptPay through our secure payment partner Beam.
  • Receipts are issued electronically and sent to the email provided at checkout.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the tour start time are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled subject to availability.
  • No-shows forfeit the full tour price.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Force majeure events (severe weather, government restrictions) may result in rescheduling or full refund at our discretion.

4. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests must provide accurate personal and contact information.
  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult guardian.
  • Guests are responsible for their own travel insurance and health requirements.
  • Respectful behavior is expected at all times, especially at temples and cultural sites.

5. Liability & Insurance

Bigcountry Experience carries public liability insurance. However, we are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage resulting from guest negligence, pre-existing medical conditions, or failure to follow safety instructions. We strongly recommend that all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance before participating in any tour.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and tour descriptions, is the property of Bigcountry Experience and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

1. การยอมรับเงื่อนไข

เมื่อคุณเข้าถึงหรือใช้เว็บไซต์ Bigcountry Experience หรือจองทัวร์ใด ๆ ถือว่าคุณยอมรับผูกพันตามเงื่อนไขการให้บริการนี้ และกฎหมายที่บังคับใช้ทั้งหมด

2. การจองและชำระเงิน

  • การจองทั้งหมดขึ้นอยู่กับความพร้อมในการให้บริการและการยืนยัน
  • ต้องชำระเงินเต็มจำนวนที่เวลาจอง เว้นแต่ตกลงเป็นอย่างอื่น
  • ราคาแสดงเป็นบาทไทย (THB) และรวมภาษีที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  • รับชำระผ่านบัตรเครดิต/เดบิต QR code และ PromptPay ผ่านคู่ค้า Beam
  • ใบเสร็จส่งทางอีเมลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์

3. การยกเลิกและการคืนเงิน

  • ยกเลิกก่อน 24 ชั่วโมง = คืนเงินเต็มจำนวน
  • ยกเลิกภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง = ไม่คืนเงิน แต่อาจเปลี่ยนวันได้
  • ไม่มาตามกำหนดเวลา = สูญเสียค่าทัวร์ทั้งหมด
  • คืนเงินภายใน 5–7 วันทำการ
  • กรณี force majeure (อากาศเลว คำสั่งรัฐ) จะพิจารณาเป็นกรณีไป

4. ความรับผิดชอบของผู้เข้าร่วม

  • ต้องให้ข้อมูลส่วนตัวและติดต่อที่ถูกต้อง
  • เด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 12 ปีต้องมีผู้ปกครองมาด้วย
  • ผู้เข้าร่วมรับผิดชอบประกันการเดินทางส่วนตัว
  • ต้องปฏิบัติตัวสุภาพ โดยเฉพาะที่วัดและสถานที่วัฒนธรรม

5. ความรับผิดและประกัน

Bigcountry Experience มีประกันความรับผิดต่อสาธารณะ แต่เราไม่รับผิดชอบต่อการบาดเจ็บส่วนบุคคล การสูญหาย หรือความเสียหายที่เกิดจากความประมาทของผู้ใช้บริการ โรคประจำตัว หรือการไม่ปฏิบัติตามคำแนะนำด้านความปลอดภัย เราแนะนำให้ผู้เข้าร่วมทุกคนซื้อประกันการเดินทางก่อนเข้าร่วมทัวร์

6. ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา

เนื้อหาทั้งหมดบนเว็บไซต์นี้รวมถึงข้อความ ภาพ โลโก้ และคำอธิบายทัวร์ เป็นทรัพย์สินของ Bigcountry Experience และได้รับการคุ้มครองตามกฎหมายลิขสิทธิ์

7. การเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไข

เราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการแก้ไขเงื่อนไขนี้ได้ตลอดเวลา การเปลี่ยนแปลงจะประกาศบนหน้านี้พร้อมวันที่มีผลบังคับใช้ การใช้บริการต่อถือว่าคุณยอมรับเงื่อนไขที่แก้ไขแล้ว
